Crystal Gordon serves as Chief of Staff at Carolina Canyon Corporation, bringing more than 16 years of dedicated experience in education and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, Crystal has passionately supported diverse student populations, from teaching individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities to managing non-traditional education programs within public schools. Her professional career also includes mentoring students at the collegiate level and significant contributions within the nonprofit sector.
